Junior Online Shop Manager (f/m)
We are looking for support for our team as a junior online shop manager on site in Wiener Neustadt as soon as possible!
As a junior online shop manager, you will learn everything you need to know to successfully operate and develop an online shop. With enough experience, there is the possibility of being taken on as team leader for online shop fulfilment.
In our small team we need employees with several superpowers and a desire for new challenges. The tasks assigned to you can change on board at any time - so you should be able to cope with such circumstances. We offer a creative, always cheerful and flexible working environment.
These are your tasks:
- Online shop backend management (create/maintain products, update delivery times, etc.)
- Customer service via email
- Optimization of shipping processes, quality, delivery time and costs
- Creation of social media content (Instagram posts, stories)
What you should bring with you:
- Successfully completed business studies or equivalent qualification
- First experience in online shop and warehouse management would be an advantage
