We are looking for support for our team as an employee for order processing in our online shop as soon as possible.
In our small team we need employees with several superpowers and a desire for new challenges.
Your tasks:
- order processing
- Customer Service (via e-mail and occasionally telephone)
- Complaints processing
Your qualifications:
- Fluency in spoken and written German
- Good computer skills
- Personal responsibility and initiative
- You have a high level of comprehension and learn quickly
- Ideally, experience in customer service/customer contact/call center
