Sauna: Regular use has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system, promotes blood circulation, and can relieve muscle tension. The intense heat increases blood flow to the skin, stimulates metabolism, and supports the body's detoxification processes. The alternation between heat and cooling also strengthens the immune system and trains the blood vessels. A sauna session also contributes to faster regeneration after exercise, as it reduces lactic acid and relieves tension.

Infrared cabin: The deep heat from infrared rays penetrates deep into muscles, tendons, and ligaments. This keeps them supple, reduces the risk of injury, and increases athletic performance. Additionally, the gentle warming of the body by 1–1.5 °C raises the artificial "fever," which activates the immune system and strengthens the body's defenses.

Ceramic emitters (IR-B, IR-C): localized, intense heat at 40–45 °C
Carbon-magnesium heating plates (IR-C): large-area, uniform heat at 40–45 °C
Full-spectrum emitters (IR-A, IR-B, IR-C): cover all types of infrared radiation, comparable to natural solar heat


Our wood types

Hemlock: Softwood with very low resin content and a high degree of knot-free wood. It is light, uniformly colored, and has a subtle wood grain.

Cedar: Known for its natural oils and pleasant fragrance. Its warm color creates a vibrant and elegant appearance.

Spruce: Spruce wood impresses with its good thermal insulation, dimensional stability, and suitability for outdoor use. Visually, it captivates with its light, natural grain and a timeless, high-quality wood appearance.

Important NOTE

Wood is a natural product. Despite careful material selection and modern manufacturing techniques, natural characteristics such as variations in grain or color may occur. These are not grounds for complaint. Since hemlock, cedar, and spruce are relatively soft woods, minor dents, fine scratches, or cracks may appear – these are also not grounds for complaint. Nevertheless, the utmost care is taken during production, packaging, and transport.

Please check the packaging dimensions before purchasing and ensure that the packaging can be carried to the installation location. (Saunas and infrared cabins are sometimes prefabricated components and cannot be disassembled.)

The delivery location must also be accessible by truck.
